Ramakrishnan Murthy

Ramakrishnan Murthy started his early vocal Carnatic Music lessons in 1997, at the age of 8, with Shrimathi Padma Kutty of Irvine, CA. He is currently undergoing advanced training from vidwan Delhi Sri P. Sunderrajan. He was also fortunate to learn from senior vidwans Late Vairamangalam Sri Lakshminarayanan, late Chengalpet Sri Ranganathan, and Palai C.K. Ramachandran. Ramakrishnan has also learned several krithis from C.R. Vaidyanathan (student of Sri P.S. Narayanaswami) and Vaikom T.V. Jayachandran (student of T.M. Thyagarajan).

He has been awarded the Outsanding Junior Vocalist award from Music Academy for Season 2011, Spirit of Youth Award for Best Vocalist from the Music Academy 2008, Best Junior Vocalist award from Thyaga Brahma Gana Sabha 2008, Maharajapuram Sri. ViswanathaIyer Award for Best Raga Rendering and Musiri Sri SubramaniaIyer Endowment Award for Best Vocal Artist from Shri Krishna Gana Sabha, "Sangeetha Shri" title in 2009 from Trichy Rasika Ranjani Sabha and the First Prize in the All India Radio National competition in the Classical Vocal Carnatic category in 2009.

Ramakrishnan, an A-grade artist at the All India Radio and Doordarshan, Chennai, has performed at the Madras Music Academy, Sri Krishna Gana Sabha, Shanmukhananda Sangeeta Sabha, and Bangalore Gayana Samaj, and in many cities in the US. He is a Computer Science graduate of the University of California, Irvine.

Manoj Siva

A highly skilled and accomplished mridangist was exposed to Carnatic music by his father A.N.Siva a great lover of Carnatic Music and mother Akhila a gold medalist from The Music College, Chennai. Initially, he trained under Sangeetha Kalanidhi Kumbakonam Rajappa Iyer and Srirangarajapuram Jayaraman. He received advanced training from Padmashri Palakkad R. Raghu. An "A grade artist of the AIR, Manoj Siva is the recipient of several awards from a very young age and for the past 20 years, he has accompanied many doyens in the field of Carnatic music in concerts all over the world.

Charumathi Raghuraman

Charumathi Raghuraman is a young violin virtuoso in the South Indian music tradition. A precocious talent, she started learning first from her mother Smt. Rama Raghuraman then continued formalized training with the respected Guru Smt. T. R. Balamani, and soon thereafter, at the suggestion of the iconic violinist of South India, Padma Bhushan Prof. T. N. Krishnan, Charumathi became his official and ardent disciple in 1995. She also studies Carnatic vocal music with the renowned teacher Padma Bhushan Sri. P. S. Narayanaswami.

She played her debut concert alongside Prof. T. N. Krishnan in 1998 and since then has been performing regularly both as a soloist and accompanist. She was awarded the CCR &T, Government of India scholarship in violin from 1998.

She is the recipient of many awards for violin play including the "Best Violinist" awards for the years 2001, 2002, 2004 and 2006, and the "Outstanding Young Violinist" award in 2007-08 from The Music Academy (Madras); "Ramabhadran Centenary Award" for the Most Promising Young Musician of the Year 2013 from Tag Corporation, India; "Sangeetha Saptha Sagara" title from SAFE in 2014; "Best Foreign Instrument Handling" award from Narada Gana Sabha; "Young Achiever award" from

Academically, she holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Xavier Institute.
